The King George Inn and Spa is the modern home in which the historic cells and offices of the Cobourg Jail Museum now resides.

The Inn itself features comprehensive Conference and Banquet facilities capable of hosting Corporate Events, Wedding Receptions and any other Functions with comfort and professional ease, with dining catered by the on-site restaurant and eatery, the MacAllisters Grille & Tavern, featured elsewhere on this site.

The Hotel is the residential portion of the building, and features 23 individually themed suites. These range from the Trustees Room to the Wardens Keep, Prince Albert's Library to the Penitentiary. The unique decor of each suite reflects part of the history of the building.
